The Talent team at Workspace 365 is looking for a new colleague! Workspace 365 is a growing organisation. The lines have not yet been drawn so tightly and you therefore have the opportunity to shape the role yourself. How do you make an impact?
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for all HR-related matters. We are looking for someone who connects with development discussions with colleagues, has a vision on vitality and absenteeism and takes action here. You dare to be critical, to challenge, but always have an eye for people. You are the gatekeeper of our culture and take care of employee engagement.


You ensure an optimal employee journey, from pre-onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between! You advise managers and team leads on contract management, absenteeism, performance reviews, talent development, remuneration, etc. You analyse figures, identify bottlenecks and report directly to the MT. You are creative and positive-critical in your advice and act with integrity by ensuring that everyone is treated equally. Compliance and administration is important as all necessary documents must be in place and you follow laws and regulations.

At Workspace 365, we are ambitious and there is always room for improvement! What is going on within the organisation and in the market, and how can you translate that into strategic projects spread throughout the year? This might include reviewing our benefits package, implementing growth paths, setting up a Workspace 365 Academy, as well as promoting inclusivity within Workspace 365.


What do you bring? 

  • 2+ years' experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner;
  • You have good communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • You are proactive, energetic and solution-oriented.

  • Salary: the range runs up to 5000 euros gross per month based on 40 hours per week
  • 25 holidays, plus a ‘you-day’ per quarter if you have not been sick.
