We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) to be one of the fearless first members of the US Growth (Sales) team. Responsibilities

What are you going to do? (The "BDR" part)

  • Outbound phone calling to qualify leads and schedule online/on site demos
  • Follow-up calls after online / on site demos
  • Become proficient in all sales tools and sales processes
  • Use our CRM system as a guideline for prospecting
  • Develop new strategies around sales prospecting and acquisition
  • Identify, qualify and engage with prospects to move opportunities to closure
  • Work in a collaborative environment sharing strategies and providing feedback for marketing

What are you going to do? (The "Senior" part)

  • Assist leadership as we hire, train, retain, and promote the founding and future members of the US sales team
  • Create scalable, repeatable, and effective outbound prospecting playbooks leveraging data and key market insights
  • Act as a resource and role model for more junior BDRs

What we expect from you

  • At least 1 year of B2B outbound prospecting experience (SaaS preferred)
  • You are enthusiastic, high energy, and driven by results and metrics
  • You are passionate about sales and are looking to grow with us
  • You are local to Greater Boston and have basic knowledge of the market
