We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be one of the fearless first members of the US Growth (Sales) team. If you are enthusiastic about a fast-growing scale-up that operates internationally and have excellent persuasion skills, then you've come to the right place!

Responsibilities

What are you going to do?

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will turn leads into appointments! That means your focus is on the first contact. If you are enthusiastic, driven and resilient, keep reading!

What our process looks like:

  • Who are you going to approach? We use LinkedIn to identify key decision makers.
  • Then it's time for action! We call or email the right person and our team has a script that helps with navigating the conversations - but we don’t expect you to follow it to a T, put your own twist on it!
  • After a successful approach, you book an appointment for our dedicated Account Executive.
  • Celebrate: YES, every appointment is celebrated!

Qualifications

What we expect from you

  • You have experience in sales (or other relevant experience)
  • You are enthusiastic, high energy, and driven by results and metrics
  • You are passionate about sales and are looking to grow with us
  • You are local to Greater Boston and have basic knowledge of the market
