Channel Sales Manager

Workspace 365 is a Netherlands-headquartered organisation providing a digital workspace solution to customers globally through our network of 160+ partners. With the majority of our workforce based in the Netherlands, we are focusing on our UK expansion so if you are interested in joining a small team and making a big impact on, keep reading!

We are looking for our first dedicated Channel Sales Manager in the UK. While experience in the technology space, strong partner background and willingness to create and improve existing processes are important, we welcome applicants who are keen to take on more responsibility, would like the opportunity to co-create and shape their role and enjoy the challenge of building the function in a new region.

Job Description

  • Strong focus new partner acquisition for Workspace 365 and building out the channel function in the UK
  • Responsibility for meeting the channel sales targets for the UK
  • Regular business and marketing planning for new and existing UK partners
  • Expansion and development of existing partnerships
  • Establishing channel management for the UK region by winning new long-term sales partnerships
  • Responsible for onboarding, training, further development and reporting of the partner companies
  • Further expanding and developing channel management by planning and implementing marketing programmes, events and campaigns to increase interest and awareness among our partners' customers
  • Central contact for partners, internal partner management and sales as well as participation in internal, cross-departmental teams


  • You have proven partner management experience from the SaaS space;
  • You have professional IT experience and/or an IT-focused university degree or equivalent (not necessary);
  • You have strong influencing skills and are able to unite teams with your innovative ideas and your vision of partner management;
  • You are competitive and driven to succeed as part of a team;
  • You are confident when communicating targets with partners and customers at all levels - from sales staff to C-level and business owners;
  • You are flexible and adaptive, not afraid to try new things and think differently. You thrive in a fast-pace environment and are keen to take initiative and action.
