Front-End Developer

Job description

A new day begins! You get to the office in Nijkerk (near to Amersfoort next to the A28), you grab a coffee and open your Workspace. You take a look at the development backlog – today you’ll work on a new mobile interface.

At half-past eight the daily stand-up begins. Everybody briefly shares what they did yesterday and will do today. And you never know, maybe a colleague has a challenge you can help with!

Back at your desk you discuss the mock-ups and any unclarities with the UX-designer. By using HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 you create a responsive design, so it works well on any device. With this new addition you simplify work for thousands of people.

At noon you will enjoy a fresh lunch and play a game of table tennis, or you will gain new energy during a walk with colleagues.

In the afternoon you proudly show your colleagues the results of your morning’s work. Thanks to their experience, they’re able to give a few tips to make it even better. You adjust your work, based on their feedback and continue with a new item.

At the end of the day, you switch off your PC and get ready to go home. Tomorrow is a new day with a new item!
