As a recruiter, you will join our Talent Team. Your mission is to grow Workspace 365 by finding the best talents for our office in Manchester. Within our organisation you will be seen as a talent spotter: spotting the best talents by using your LinkedIn. But that’s not all! Besides your role as a recruiter, you get the chance to evolve your HR skills. So, recruitment experience is required, HR can be taught by learning on your job. One of the greatest part of your role is that you are literally building your own team in Manchester. Common roles that you will be searching on are: Marketing and Sales.
You are in full charge of the recruitment process, decide how to communicate in the job market with the associated channels and taking an advisory role towards the organisation. You will inventorise the role by the hiring manager, search proactively for new talents and have the first conversations, as well as guiding your talent through the challenge and procedure.
Lucky you! You get to be part of our amazing and driven talent team in The Netherlands! This team is existing of six talents who are absolutely enjoying their work together. Our office in Manchester opened the 1st of September and you will be in direct contact with our Dutch team. Our mission is to find and keep our talents. Let us explain; as a result of our growth, we are constantly seeking for new talents. However, the process does not end when you find the best talent. Therefore, it is of great importance to keep our talents, and that's when the HR role comes up!
