What will you be doing?
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst you will be part of the Growth team UK and NL. In this team both Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives work. There are some structured processes with complete dashboards. However, your goal is to optimize sales processes and generate data even further in order to provide valuable insights.

Talent is abundant, but structure is needed to accelerate our growth. The nice thing is: there's not much in the way of Sales Operations yet. So you start with a blank canvas and, as a result, you see the impact of your work incredibly quickly. Your impact on the Growth Team in the Netherlands and the UK will be huge and more countries will follow soon. Thanks to you, every Growth colleague knows exactly what the conversions are and what work they still need to do to achieve their goals!

For example:

  • You standardise the sales process and ensure that the entire sales team keeps its administration up to date.
  • Keeping the records up to date? The average sales person is not happy with that. Resistance, however, does not scare you. Thanks to your powers of persuasion, your colleagues see the added value of your work and start using it!
  • You find a way to collect useful data, draw conclusions from this and communicate this to the team;
  • Such as the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reports;
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards.
  • You identify trends in the figures, opportunities and challenges.
  • The implementation of gamification of the sales process.

Thanks to you, every Account Executive knows exactly what the conversions are and what work they still need to do to achieve their goals!

What we expect:
At least 4 years of experience with process optimisation;
Preferably experience with processes in sales;
Keep it simple: you know how to simplify things and how to get the team on board with change;
