As a Customer Success Maker, you are responsible for ensuring that the customer makes the best possible use of the Workspace product. And that is exactly, what Jacco is committed to every day.
Full circle
"At the start of a project, success criteria are drawn up together with the client. That basically means that we agree, when are we satisfied? I am then responsible for the onboarding and implementation. Being in frequent contact with the customer and really being part of their organisation for a while makes it fun and varied. I also get really happy when I can make adjustments. For me, this means: collecting wishes and needs from the customer, integrating these wishes and needs within the roadmap together with the product manager, and then satisfying the customer with new functionalities. Now, when I drive along the A28 motorway and pass one of our customers, I feel proud and know that I have really added value there."
Knowledge expert
By the end of 2022, Workspace 365's sales strategy has changed to focus on collaborations with partners. "The change in sales strategy also causes a change in my work. Together with a Partner Account Executive, I am responsible for my own set of partners. By sharing knowledge & experience and understanding data, we make (in)direct impact on our joint customers. This way, I can really take on an expert role and share my knowledge of our product in a scalable way."
Change gives energy
Change within a scale-up is not strange. "I understand the choices being made within the organisation. That's why the changes give me energy every time and I see new opportunities. It is nice to be able to redefine the role and, for example, create a toolbox that will soon enable us to serve partners and their end customers. I have also gained a lot of colleagues over the past few years, which is also a big change. But we are all looking for new ways to work together, keep processes efficient and optimise communication. I just enjoy being able to think about this."
Culture
If Jacco had to describe the people within Workspace 365, the first thing he would mention is: nice and fun. "Within the organisation there is a really nice energy. And mainly a lot of energy too. People like to help each other, have a chat or joke and play table football. And you can do that with Hans or Erik, the founders of Workspace 365. That makes everything approachable and familiar."
