The next phase for Workspace 365's marketing team

Remon was in the middle of a move and had resolved to finish that before focusing on a new job. Until Workspace 365 came his way and he threw that resolution overboard. After all, Workspace 365's phase, culture and role matched his ambition perfectly.

Together, you go further than alone.

The culture at Workspace 365 is an important factor in Remon's job satisfaction. "There really is a no-nonsense culture within the organisation. People are honest, dare to express their opinions and look at things in a different way. Working together within a fast-growing organisation always deserves attention and never goes perfectly. Even at Workspace 365, we are still learning every day, but the will is there with everyone. And that typifies the organisation."

The next phase

Workspace 365 is a fast-growing organisation. "We are moving towards a maturity phase as a company. You can see this in business operations, processes and therefore also in the cooperation between teams and among themselves. I have worked hard on this with the marketing team over the past year. There is calmness, trust, relaxation and connection. I am very proud of that."

You improve

Last year, we continued to build on the foundation of the new Workspace 365. The foundation that fits the maturity phase we are in. Marketing had a prominent position in it. "A lot happened last year and we ran big projects. We worked hard on the revamped brand identity and brand design. We also worked on the value proposition, customer journeys, personas, content strategy and further optimised our product marketing. In addition, our new website went live. These kinds of projects can only be realised if a team works well together. In many organisations, you see that marketing is a staff department and therefore subordinate and subservient to other departments. At Workspace 365, this is different and marketing has a central position. These projects prove that once again."

What's next

With all these developments, we are naturally curious to see what 2024 looks like for the marketing team! "The basics are in place and the structure has taken shape. We will now deepen on that. We will focus on specific verticals, execute targeted campaigns and ensure positive ROI. We are also focusing on Tough Leadership and partner engagement. So we are definitely not going to sit still, there are many great things to come!"
