Your Role as Partner Account Executive International

In this high-performance role, you will actively recruit new partners in the UK and Nordics while managing a portfolio of 10 existing partners. Your primary focus is growing our partner network by onboarding new strategic partners and ensuring their success. While many meetings will be held digitally, you’ll also fly out for important discussions, building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the market in the UK and Nordics by recruiting new partners and deepening relationships with existing ones.
  • Develop business plans with partners and closely monitor their progress, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Deliver commercial training sessions and webinars to increase partner knowledge and drive product adoption.
  • Participate in strategic sessions with both partners and clients, working to execute shared goals.
  • Attend trade shows and events, promoting Workspace 365 and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with your colleague from Manchester to ensure mutual success across territories.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Partner Sales and/or a SaaS environment;
  • You are proactive, take initiative, and are confident in making decisions;
  • You are engaged, open to feedback, and ask critical questions to partners.

  • A salary of up to €5,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, based on a 40-hour work week;
