Your Role as a Product Marketer

As a Product Marketer at Workspace 365, you’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, and sales. You translate complex IT functionalities into compelling stories and campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your goal? To amplify the impact of our digital workspace and maximise adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Communication – Develop and execute a strategic product messaging framework that clearly conveys our value propositions.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy – Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product releases.

  • Release Management – Own the release process, ensuring clear and timely communication about new features and improvements.

  • Customer Engagement & Adoption – Create initiatives to drive product awareness, usage, and customer retention.

  • Sales Enablement – Equip the sales team with strong positioning, messaging, and materials to drive revenue growth.

  • Content Creation – Write engaging blogs, case studies, and webinars that strengthen our message.

  • Competitive Analysis – Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and identify opportunities.

  • Data Analysis – Optimise marketing efforts based on customer insights and performance data.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in SaaS product marketing.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling messaging.

  • Experience with go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

  • Data-driven mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Proactive and strategic mindset – you spot opportunities and know how to leverage them.
