Cloudsolutions are the future

For 17 years Willem worked as a system administrator at a software company. But sometimes it itches: a new challenge, a new product, a new environment. Meanwhile, Willem has been working for us since August 2021.

Coincidence does not exist

Why then Workspace 365? "Actually, Workspace 365 came my way by chance. Although I think it should have been that way. After looking at the website, I immediately understood why this product exists and what its added value is for organizations. When I also saw a vacancy for a Cloud Engineer, I took the plunge and applied."

During the application process you speak with someone from the Talent team, but also with your possible future manager. "For me, the energy and positivity was really tangible from the first moment. As a result, I was immediately triggered and curious for more".

Keep innovating

For Willem, it was important not to get bogged down in an environment and to move with the times regarding the IT landscape. He found that at Workspace 365. "Within the operations team, all new tools were used for me. There was a lot to learn. I was, and still am, challenged every day. What I really like is that I get the space and time from my colleagues to make the product and my role my own. I get to immerse myself in technical problems, often related to infrastructure and hosting. I talk to partners and end customers because of this. And solving problems is nice to do. In doing so, we contribute to a happy work life!"

Keep growing

As an organization, we are growing very fast nationally and internationally. Every month new colleagues join us. "I really like the phase of Workspace 365. How cool is it if we can soon switch with our colleagues in America! I also notice that, apart from my own position, there is room to think about the growth we are experiencing. For example, I am involved in thinking about the connection between the organization and colleagues who work remotely."

Freedom

"With Workspace 365, we create a happy work life. Not only for our customers and partners, but also for ourselves. I have the freedom to work from home. I do that often, so I can focus on my work. But I also feel the space to come to the office. The bond with colleagues is important to me.The other day there was a new colleague at the office from abroad. Then I go too, it's nice to be able to see and talk to someone. And on Thursday afternoon we play sports at the office. I also like to join in. That's how you maintain the connection with each other."

Experiencing new adventures

Willem is happy with where he is now. "I have found what I was looking for. A team to spar and consult with, a company with potential and therefore enough adventures that I can go on here. Workspace 365 and my colleagues live up to what was stated beforehand. I made the right choice and I am very happy with that!
